To become an Agent for HealthCard you may complete your agent application on-line by going to http://www.healthcardnow.com/2870

Click on the CAREER CENTER tab and complete the web form.  You must hold a valid health/life insurance license in your state of residence to be eligible to become an agent.  Our initial contract level is at 20%.   During your on-line enrollment please use the commission code AD020W in the commission code field.

An agent ID will be assigned to you after you have completed your on-line enrollment and a web site will be automatically replicated for you.
