How do I get appointed with
Health Net 2008?
Follow These Steps…
1. Complete
and sign the Producer Agreement cover sheet.
2. Submit a
copy of your individual state insurance license.
3. Complete
the attached W-9 form.
4. Complete
online compliance training and face-to-face product training.
5. Please fax the required
documents to Teresa Gilbert 972-517-1692 or via email info@mendicareadvantagebenefits.com
Complete your required online training by going to:

Make sure that you print out your
passing test results.
Once the online training has been completed, you will be required to attend a Face-to-Face product training session. Please contact Empower to register for an upcoming training session, you would bring
the online training test results with you.

Here are the remaining date for Healthnet Face to Face.
Your appointment with HealthNet will not be active until they have record of both precertification results
(80% or better) and certification class attendance and exam.
In order for your appointment with HealthNet to be active you must attend our in-house certification AND complete
their online precertification exam.

Hnsellingpoint.com recertification Web site has been revamped.
The Health Net 2008 training site has been revamped with a new
fixed format 50-question test! And, multiple answer questions have been simplified. The questions represent content from the
training modules provided within "Health Net University". So if you tried taking the test earlier, and had trouble with
the results, take it again. So if you tried taking the test earlier, take it again. Don't wait, log on today and
get started with the on-line portion of the recertification training. (Congratulations if you passed the test on the first
try. You aren't required to take it again.) Click here and go direct to www.hnsellingpoint.com. Once you have registered and logged on, the certification exam is under Health Net University.
You can
also go to our Healthnet.com home page and click on the broker tab located at the top of the home page. On the broker home
page, scroll down to the bottom hand side where you will find the "Medicare Sales Tools" section. A "Training & Certification"
link is located here. Just click on the link to reach the Web site. Please note: This link is also located under the Medicare
column on each sales region home page as you navigate the broker section of healthnet.com.

When can I write business?
Once all contracting has been received, processed and
number issued, business can be written and submitted.
When can I order supplies?
You can go online to the broker portal at www.healthnetsellingpoint.com to order supplies once you have received a writing number.
